I'm in my web dev class learning Unix stuff that I already know. For.the.love.of.God. I am so bored my brain feels like it's melting.
It's also about 5,000 degrees in here so I'm also perspiring. I even have on a sexy, slutty tank top.
This week has basically been the worst week of my life. BUT! It's getting better as it nears the end. I'll try not to dwell on the bad stuff, so here's some rad happenings in my life:
1. Someone is in love with me =D
2. Wes is coming to visit this weekend
3. Ashley, Ashlee, and I are getting obliterated after Ashley and I see Metric on Friday night
4. I've been feeling overly-confident about my appearance lately...yeah, I'll say it - I'm fucking hot (or at least I feel like I am =)
5. I got some awesome sex! (Sorry, Mom!)

I'm at work on my break and I'm super bored. The night hasn't been so bad..three more hours left to go so we'll see. But then I'm off until Sunday - HA.
Dinner tomorrow night at Buca di Beppo with the fam and more. Jason is bringing his girlfriend so I'll finally get to meet her. Should be fun.
Yesterday I looked at my friends' page and was surprised with gigantic pictures of some naked dude with his weiner out. So thanks for that...haha.

Figured I'd better update before they cancel my account. School is going well. Work is a little better but nothing significant.
Been pumping the iron four days a week and not skipping any. Been listening to girl bands a lot. Metric and Veruca Salt are tied for first.
Metric will be here in April so that excites me.

Chrismas was great. New Year's Eve was relaxing (we went to dinner then came home and fell asleep..because we're OLD..and cute).
Today is doomsday. I had my first class at 10 and it wasn't bad at all. I got out early and now I get to sit around for a couple hours before land of stupidity. I mean work.
Classes I am taking: Database Management, Information Security & Privacy, Digital Video Development, Management in Information Technology
I'm almost finished with my Frida Kahlo book and after that I will work harder on my Learning Perl book.
Russell and I started going back to the gym yesterday and we got up early to go today. I am sore but glad. I was feeling like una gordita for a little while so hopefully now I will feel better.
I got some awesome cds from Mom on Saturday. I burned a bunch but my favorites so far are Wanda Jackson ("queen of rockabilly") and Saffire - The Uppity Blues Women. I've listened to Wanda Jackson for 3 days straight and let me tell you - she is awesome. If I could sound like anyone when I sing, it would be her.
Nothing else too exciting to report. I love my Mac and want to go to the next Macworld Expo. I love my kitties and my Russell. I am happy.

Yesterday was my first day of my vacation. I don't have to go to work or school until January 3rd.
Ashley and I went shopping all day and had a great time. We ate at Zip's in Mt. Lookout and it was awesome. I think I will have to take Russell there.
I also gave her cat a bath:
When I got home I wrapped presents then Russell came home and we just sorta hung around. Then he played guitar for me and made me a song. I liked it so much I almost cried. Apparently, I am too cute to be a bad guy. =) I love my Russell.
Kenny and I are going shopping today so that should be..adventurous. Tomorrow we go to Russell's parents and grandparents. Christmas day we go to my parents and (sorta) grandparents then to Russell's granny's house. I am excited but nervous. Christmas is always a little stressful for me because I worry too much. Anyway, it will probably be fine.

Last weekend was good. I got to snuggle a bunch and eat a lot of food. Final exams next week then I'm off for almost a month. Which is great because I am off work December 22-January 1. Can I get a "shit yeah!" for paid vacation!
Coheed & Cambria show is sold out. Russell was super disappointed..poor guy. I am still excited for Norma Jean and As I Lay Dying, and the HORSE the Band shows.
I've been sort of slacking on the music front. I've developed the iPodder syndrome where you just scroll through your music a million times and pick the same shit over and over again. However, today I listened to Mastodon and some new cds I acquired in the past two days. I still have Martyr AD to put in my iPod and try out. We'll see how that goes.
Anyway, I'm really grateful for my iPod because it allows you to control public interactions, especially when you see people you don't want to talk to. >=)
I'm happy. The most important people in my life are happy. I love them. =) That is all except. the following stuff:

Was someone going to tell me school is closed today because it's Veteran's Day? Made perfect sense when I arrived and there were all kinds of places to park. I am retarded. =) So YAY for Veteran's Day.
I have been productive, but relaxed, on my day off school. I went grocery shopping, did dishes, cleaned a little and put laundry away, I am making spaghetti so Russell has dinner when he wakes up, and I'm making cookies.
This week was much better than last but still not the greatest. Work is..annoying me a lot. Big drama over little things makes no sense to me. School is pretty good and almost over for the quarter.
I'm starting to get excited about Christmas. I already have presents picked out for Mom, Ken, and Russell..they are going to have a good Christmas. =) I don't really know what to get everyone else.
Our cats are the super cutest. They sleep all curled up together. AW! Ok, I'm done being gay now.
I also found my Funcrusher Plus cd. YES!!

If you've changed and I'm really wrong about you this time, fucking prove it to me. Don't use a condescending tone of voice when you talk to me, drive out to see my apartment that I've lived in for a year, don't give me a guilt trip, don't tell me you love me and not mean it.
Mom calls me almost every day. Mom drives out to see me and asks me to come see her because she misses me. Ken calls me, Ken loves me.

Today seems like a waste of time. My IT class was a waste of time today. My NV class will be a waste of time because it's "group work day" (great..). Group work is a waste of time. I hate not being able to wear jeans to work because I'm really fucking uncomfortable right now. Complaining is a waste of time, but you know what? I'm having a really bad day.

Instructions in the "user manual" - which is two 3 x 4 pages - for my LED belt buckle:

-I got my eBay backpack today and I really like it. It's a little bigger than I expected but it's still what I want.
-I worked my butt off tonight and I am TIRED.
-Mom and Ken and gang are in Boston this week. Mom sounded very excited when she called today...hope they have a great time.
-I think the cat puked up diarrhea in the litter box....at least, that's what it looks and smells like.
-I miss my Russell.

I'm at work on break and I'm bored as shit. I was doing homework but that involved me calculating the amount of time I spend on the computer and I got depressed..so I decided to spend more time on the computer. (With all the hours I put in on the computer, I could have a second job...seriously. Can't help it, <3 my Mac.)
I don't know why I have Danger Zone stuck in my head. I haven't seen Top Gun in probably three years. And I only know the chorus.
The weekend was good. A little better than normal, actually. Sunday I did jack shit with Russell. We laid around and slept, watched the Bengals game, ate Chip-oat-ul, watched the game, fell asleep, sat around. It was a lazy day and it was wonderful. Monday was alright..class then to Mom's for some weird Mexican beef stew that rocked my socks off, then homework.
I bought a rad, scrolling LED belt buckle. You LJ monkeys should give me at least one phrase to program into it. Stores six phrases at a time at up to 256 characters. I also won a backpack on eBay with my super awesome bidding skills. I better get them both this week or else....or else I'll complain about it.
Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas are soon. I already know what I'm buying Mom and Russell for Christmas for the most part. Everyone else is hard to buy for. Also, I want to go to FearFest really bad but I don't think I'll get to go this year due to lack of time.
